RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Policy
To qualify for a refund or exchange, returns must be made within 60 Days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unaltered, free of any damages, and in the original condition and packaging. Please contact customer service at storesupport@billboard.com with your name, order number and reason for returning the item(s). Customer service will respond via email within 1 - 3 business days with instructions on how to return or exchange.
If your order is incorrect, damaged upon arrival or defective, please contact customer service at storesupport@billboard.com with your name, email, and order number, along with an attached photo of defect or damaged area.
Exchange Policy
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning any item(s). Once the returned item is received in house, inspected and approved, the new item will be shipped to the original order address at no extra cost.
Refunds
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning any item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You may expect a full refund minus any shipping costs to the same form of payment originally used for this purchase. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for your return to be processed by our warehouse. The amount of time for the refund to reflect in your account will vary depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please contact your bank, credit card company or other financial service provider for further questions regarding timing of returned funds.
Gifting
